+ -1 moreSelling a home can be a stressful time and with Katie, it was as easy as it could be. She is professional and a great negotiator and marketer. The communication from the office for showings is fantastic. They communicate through email and by phone for all feedback and appointments. So its easy to keep track of showings and responses. She was readily available to answer questions and we are so glad we chose her.

She first took me to see houses that were in our price range, and then when my wife came up for a visit Barb spent all day with us showing us houses. Barb really knows the housing market and helped us locate the house we wanted and helped us negotiate the deal and get it for the price that we wanted to pay. I highly recommend Barb.
Description of Work: I recently moved into the Ft. Wayne area and met Barb at an open house. Barb helped my wife and I find a nice house in Fort Wayne.
