+ -1 moreWe knew the quality of their work. They are reliable. They give you the estimate upfront. They stick to their estimate. They give you a time frame and they honor that. And their quality of work is excellent.
Description of Work: We used K L Remodeling based on past experience with them. They are starting the deck on Monday. It is a complete deck replacement using the solid composite decking.

+ -1 moreKen and Todd wasted no time in demolishing and taking off the wall paper. Walls were in good shape so all they had to do was skim coat the walls. They came on time and left everything clean each day. They put down coverings on the carpet and floors and installed a barrier in our bathroom.
Description of Work: Demolished california ceiling, Removed popcorn ceiling, took wall paper off walls. Took up old floor, removed old toilet, shower doors, vanity and top. Skim coated walls and ceiling. Installed new laminate floors, new shower door, moved plumbing from one end of vanity to the center. Moved outlet box due to cabinet being higher. Installed new vanity and top, new faucet, new efficient toilet. Framed a frame less mirror with matching molding and then installed wall cabinets with mirror centered on wall. Hung new 4 light fixture over mirror. Installed new floor moldings stained by customer. Caulked around new vanity and shower doors. They all installed two new fan/light fixtures and vented them outside. Our old ones were not vented correctly. Looks like a new up to date master bath. Also, installed a new Hunter fan in our master bedroom with a light. Which looks great.
