+ -1 moreWe like our new service providers who service our generator for a lot less than JO Mory and do a great job as well.
Description of Work: We bought our generator through Home Depot because the techs at JO Mory recommended it. They installed it and for the first few years serviced it every fall. We always thought the servicing fee was incredibly high (higher than for servicing our furnace for the winter) but we paid it. Then in the fall of 2013 I was told by them that the guy that always serviced it couldn't do it because he was working in the office so we'd have to have someone new. This didn't go down well so I started searching for other approved vendors for our name brand generator. Found another one here on Angie's list with a good rating and for a lot less than what we had paid JO Mory. We decided to just drop JO Mory for everything because we thought if they were overcharging us for this they were probably overcharging for the furnace servicing too.

+ -1 moreOverall I was very happy with how the visit went. Not only did they do what they came out to do - they went the extra mile to help us out and I appreciate that.
Description of Work: This was a visit for our annual maintenance of our full house generator. When the Greg Fulk, the technician arrived to service the generator I was explaining why the garage looked messy - we were waiting for a repairman to fix our drain in the center of the garage floor. Mentioned that they were going to have to break up the concrete, lay new drain pipe and refix the concrete. He said he would be willing to take a shot at clearing the drain if we would okay with it. Quoted us the price right there and called in another technician. He finished the generator while waiting on the other technician to come over with the proper equipment. and although he and this other guy worked over an hour trying to get the drain cleared - he only charged us for an hour. He serviced our generator as well and for the exact price quoted. Greg was professional and courteous and honest. That's why I'll call JO Mory again.

gas leak repair
+ -1 moreThey came out, did a really nice complete job and got it done quickly. I have had no problems with them at all. They have not tried to sell me anything - they just come in and do their job. Other companies that I have dealt with have tried to sell me stuff that I don’t need. They have always done good work for me, and my experience has always been positive. I think they are kind of expensive, but again I think that is what everyone would charge. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used J O Mory Inc to replace all the gas lines in my basement subsequent to a gas leak.

+ -1 moreI have used their services in the past too. We have a very unusual place where we need to install our furnace and not everybody can do that, but they did it for us almost 20 years ago. So I was sure that they could do it now since they had done it then. I like their promptness, professionalism and responsibility. I wouldn’t be able to comment much on the price since I didn’t do a lot of comparison shopping.

I am confident that they won’t try and sell me something that I don’t need. They are honest and very reasonable. I would rate them highly. I am intending to call them for plumbing work also.

+ -1 moreThe price is for the installation of the generator, which we were okay with because it took a lot of work. The representative that came out was very nice and knowledgeable. They are very good with customer service. They were honest in letting us know that we could get the generator from somewhere else for a better price. They then came and installed it for us and service our furnace periodically. They come when they say they will. We have even called them after hours. I will continue to use their service in the future and would recommend them to others.
