Description of Work: Shane and Jeff used an auger to clear my sewer line. These guys were friendly, professional and did a great job despite an obstacle that made the job more difficult. I had a different sewer service provider here earlier in the week. This service provider was unable to do the job, leaving me without sanitary facilities for a few days. The winter weather was harsh and J&S was very busy dealing with emergencies. I am happy they were able to resolve my problem before the weekend. John G. from J&S was here the day before and surveyed the best approach to resolve the clogged line, and suggested a better alternative to approach the problem. And thanks to the young lady that scheduled Shane and Jeff to arrive here the morning of January 10. If anyone has a sewer problem, J&S is the best! I have had prior experience with them and wished I had called them when the problem first materialized.

 + 0 moreIt was bitter cold and they had 2 guys out here working on it. They didn't stop until they got it finished. They came the same day that they were called. They stayed on it until my sewer was fixed. They had it fixed within a day.
Description of Work: I used J & S Excavating to put a new sewer system in for me. They came back this January to pull the pump, the grinder pump out of the sewer system and replace it.

 + 0 moreA competitor quoted a price about twice as high. When contacted for verification, this firm came out, prepared a quote and when we agreed, did the work, actually earlier than was expected.
Description of Work: Excavated to locate and repair sewer as well as installing a cleanout. Then checked to verify openness.
