Had a basement leak that was handled be diverting water from the foundation. Inspection was done and no other immediate oroblems were found.

They did a good job.

It went great! The guys did amazing work, our foundation looks beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the result! They put in the new windows, which we love, and we are very happy with them. I can't think of a single detractor and would recommend this company to anyone with a need for foundation repair.

It went really well! They gave us the best price and everyone was responsive and worked well with us. The team did an excellent job doing just what was needed and not trying to sell us more than needed (this was done by several other contractors we requested quotes from). The work took 4 days to complete with removal and repair. They cleaned up the mess and were very friendly and professional. We will definitely be using this company again for future repairs.

They did what they said and were on time. They fixed out foundation cracks and sealed it. We have no water in our basement since they did the work. We felt it was a fair price after getting other quotes.

They dug up the front, put in new drain tile and sealed the wall with a rubber/vinyl mat. No more water during rain storms

The cost was way below what I thought the cost would be ($5000) especially with the extra work I had done. They were very professional and quick. They had dug outside the basement was and made the repairs and filled it back in. They also checked the entire drainage system around the basement. After they had finished I could not tell anything was done. The only evidence was the tracks of the mini excavator. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs this kind of work. After a 2-3 weeks they came back for an inspection to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. There is a 10 year warranty which is transferrable.

I wasn't able to get a quote and I was a bit surprised by the lack of follow up as they had done some work for me on a different property.

They came in on budget, provided everything they said they would and our foundation is now back to where it should be.

I recently had Fort Wayne Interior Channel out to install piers supporting our slab and foundation and I would like to share with you the excellent and professional manner in which they performed the work. They were on time, kept me informed as to what they were doing, was considerate of our carpet by using throw sheets, They kept the necessary mess to a minimum in the house. They answered all questions fully. When structual problems presented themselves we were informed as to the problem and the lowest cost estimate to correct the problem. All in all Great.

Jerry and team arrived Monday and dug a channel in the basement. Tuesday, Jerry and team placed the tile drains and stones. They called the city building inspector who arrived shortly after the call. The inspector gave the approval for work. The last day of their work, while waiting for a cement truck, the crew dug the drain in the backyard. When the concrete truck arrived, the concrete was carried in buckets down to the basement. Crew were very careful handling the material. Concrete set up and hardened smoothly. Crew members were friendly and courteous. Interior Channels was very busy this summer and fall, so we had to wait for almost two months for the work to be started in our basement after we paid an initial down payment. Once the work started, however, the crew worked quickly and efficiently.

Great. Job was expected to take 2-3 days to complete. But, during early stages of project, crew was able to identify simpler way to tie into existing sump pump. Result: 1 day job and lower than quoted price for project.

They did what they said they would do and everything worked out well. We have a big crack in the floor of our back porch, but I don’t think they could help that. The price was pretty high.

Not a lot of companies have experience with this kind of work. They said they did it all the time and they did have the experience and knowledge necessary to do a good job. The price was very reasonable as well.
