We purchased a 10 year old home in March 2019. The inspector, Nicholas Henry, caught a few items of low cost that needed repair. He did not catch the fact that our wood sliding door was cracked and had water damage! He rated it Satisfactory, their highest rating! So that's costing us $1400! He also did not catch water damage in the master bathroom. Mushrooms began growing out of the cracked baseboard outside the shower in April, six weeks after the inspection. When my husband started to investigate and plan to repair we found mold behind the drywall up almost two feet. He also did not see the water damage in the rafters of the basement below the bathroom. I would not use this company again. Our home was poorly maintained and this was not indicated to us in our inspection. The entire report was 60 pages long and includes many limitations and exclusions, so I feel I have no other recourse except to leave unfavorable reviews.

He is excellent at what he does, I would definitely use him again and recommend him to my friends. The report I received was easy to understand and professional, it included photos of any issues that needed addressed along with a summary page. He is the best!
