The technician didn't seem sure of himself (he was pretty young). He ended up replacing a part that may or may not have helped the issue. The washer worked for a week or so and then went back to having the same issue. Not sure whether I would hire again, but that wasn't an option above.

These guys fixed a 20 year old viking commercial stove that is the central point of our kitchen. The electronic starters on several of the burners were failing to shut off, so we had to deal with the constant clicking whenever the burners were in use. Essentially, we stopped using 4 of the eight burners. The problem stymied the folks who installed the unit 20 yeaers ago, even though they are the local "authorized Viking dealer". Of course, that didn't stop them from installing a new sensor unit and charging me about $500, before telling me they couldn't figure it out. I called Home Appliance and, one visit later, everything was fixed. I think he wound up rewiring the entire unit. Still, it cost less than the dealer's ineffective option. Called them back to fix the ice-makers on the freezers. It took him less than an hour to get them both working, clean up after himself and be on his way. Definitely will use them again

I was extremely happy with their work and with what they did and how they did it and the price. They seem very conscientious and I think that they had to get parts and come back. They did not charge me for the first service you know when they came and looked at it but they had to get a part and then they came back when they got the part. It worked fine. I felt they were very trustworthy. I thought the price was very reasonable.
