Description of Work: Paid down payment for a fence installation in July, told the work would be done by Sept 17, it is now Oct 23 and still no fence. Make excuse, delay ordering product, our person who does this type of fence still working at F. W Zoo ,so we wait. Never call us with delay update, we call them. Would never use them again.

Overall Gleave Construction exceeded our expectations. After meeting with several contractors and receiving estimates we decided to sign a contract with Gleave. Adam met with us multiple times at our property before beginning work to make adjustments and discuss different ideas. Once we had a plan and ordered the materials the crew took great care to ensure the fence is dead straight and level. This was a fair amount of fencing and when they were gone the left no trace, except for a beautiful fence! I would not hesitate to hire or recommend Gleave Construction in the future. As a bonus the have a generous guarantee but I don't think we will ever need to use it, due to the quality of the work performed.
Description of Work: Adam and the crew at Gleave did an awesome job installing over 500 ft of high quality aluminum fence around our pond. they also installed four gates and a brick column that matches our home.

We knew he was a little higher priced, but his quality was good. He did a great job, and we will use him again.
Description of Work: We used Gleave Construction about 3 months ago. He put in a new driveway and sidewalks.
