Geek Squad - Best Buy

The sales men that helped me, told me I could wash the filters and put them back in. In the manual it tells me not to wash the filters. The manual says that I can clean the filters with a vacuum attachment. I called Best Buy today (10/31/13), they don't care the filters for the Sharp purifier. The filters have to be ordered. I had to ordered it and wait for it to be ordered. I didn't like that I have to order the filters. I feel like they weren't very accommodating.

I was extremely upset when I found out that the computer I just purchased along with all the guarantees did not cover the Geek Squad coming out to my home to transfer the old data to the new computer after all. The salesman informed me that this was the case when I first bought the computer, so I went back to the store and complained to the manager. At first, the front desk assistant gave me an attitude because I said I wasn t going to pay for something I didn t get, and then after the manager finally came to the front, he told me that the salesman shouldn t have told me that they did this service. He told me they would put in the old hard drive for me in the new computer and all I needed to do was return with the new and old hard drives and not the tower. I returned with them and dropped them off. When I went back to pick up the drives, they told me they couldn t do it without the tower and that was all. I was frustrated and irritated beyond belief.
