Counter tops were not leveled-wrong supports-had to raise new granite counter tops by 1/2 inch, because of supports installed wrong- took several weeks to complete the job, which should have been 3 days. Broke dishwasher door hinge by pulling on it, and then we had to shop for a new dishwasher which another plumber had to install-still get a sewer smell.
Description of Work: Tore out existing counter tops in kitchen - Installed new under mount sink - changed plumbing under sink to accommodate lower sink- installed new faucets.

That was fine. The cabinet looks like it has been here forever and we also have roof on the house, they did a fine job on that. They are very responsive. They built our house and we’ve had dealings on and off with them for years and I would recommend them to anyone. They are top notch and they are honest. Even though I kind of figure we will end up using them, I did get several people to give me a brief quotes and they were right in there in the middle range with three or four others.
Description of Work: Floyd Henney Builders Inc. did re-roofing, rebuilt a small deck porch that was falling up the house, built a cabinet around our refrigerator.

Why waste someone's time? This was very disappointing and unprofessional.
Description of Work: He made a home visit and appeared to be interested in our remodeling project including taking our original floor plans but after months there was no communication. I called and he apologized and stated he was just unable to get to it. He did drop off our plans but what a waste of time.

Henney is excellent. They are wonderful people and they are great. We have used them through the years for numerous things.
Description of Work: Henney put on a new roof, rebuilt a porch, repaired two decks, enclosed my fridge, built my cabinet, and replaced a laundry room door.
