I called and they answered the phone after 5pm and were out the next day. I thought I would need new locks but they were able to fix the problem without the purchase of new door locks and everything is working well now. Very happy with their service.

FCL Securities contacted us immediately after we reached out to them for service. We found a deal on Angie's List which turned out to be exactly what we needed. WIthin one week (only on account of our schedule), Nate came out and re-keyed two of our doors, repaired the wood frame around those doors and installed new bolt face plates. Nate was very professional and spoke with us about observations he made about our doors and frames as he was conducting his work.

They examined the doors, told us about a problem we were not aware of and provided the estimate. We purchased the materials and they returned on the date and at the time agreed upon to change out the old locks and weather handsets on three doors. We were very pleased with their service. They were very professional and the equipment they installed works well. We could have had them provide the materials but we already had part of what we needed.

They pried the broken key out of the ignition and used it to make two replacement keys. They then tried both keys in the ignition to make sure they worked.

I bought a new house and had all the locked repinned. They arrived on time, determined the lock and cylinder type, went back to their shop, did the work, and came out the next day and replaced the cylinders for all five locks. Very profressional and took up very little of my time. I would used them again. Grade A

They were really good but they took a lot of time. We could not get it made from anywhere but they could make it. He told me how to reinstall it and everything. It was very retro-shop; go in, sit on the stool, talk to them, and they helped me through it.
