+ -1 moreFast Dry is careful about not nicking corners around your walls with the cleaner hose. He actually installs corner guards before pulling the hose through the premises. I trust Scott and give him a key for my rentals and give him the code to the back door my office.
Description of Work: Scott has cleaned the carpets in my rentals and also my physical therapy office. Additionally I had him strip and wax the VCT in the bathrooms and break room. There were a few stains that reappeared a couple weeks after he cleaned the carpets and he promptly returned to handle those.

+ -1 moreScott, the owner, is very professional and proficient. He always sends a reminder message the night before, lets me know when he is on his way, and always shows up on time. He was able to get deep coffee stains out in the past and I have used him several times. The price is very reasonable for what he does!
