Kim Long, I would call her an interior decorator, she might be called a design specialist, I don't know but basically that is what she did. She worked for us about five years ago. It was really or first fine kind of thing. My experience was very good, she was really nice to work with. She had good ideas on pulling things together and also trying to honour my taste. I really enjoyed working with her, she is a fun person to be with and made the experience fun. The price as I think about it, it was really the service of Ethan Allen, there was really no additional price for her help and expertise. Her quality I think its good, you know first until we used, one particular thing about the couch, that wore out fast and so did one of the chairs, I was kind of disappointed in that. We still have them but they started to show wear after about two years but other things were of more quality so I guess I would average it off to a B. I might not use Ethan Allen again for certain things. I like Ethan Allen, just not find upholstered stuff.

The sofa I received was not the same dimensions as stated in the catalog. The catalog stated that the sofa was 39" high. The sofa I received was 27" high. The store refused to refund my purchase or offer an exchange. They said that custom orders are not returnable. I told them the issue was that I did not receive what I ordered - the dimensions in their catalog were incorrect. They refused to respond to me.
