We came home from vacation in Fla. and our furnace had quit. We called Ed Merz (over the week-end) and he came out on Monday... He saw what was wrong (heat exchanger had gone bad) and ordered the parts. It seemed to take quite long for the parts to arrive (a week or so) and then they came to repair the furnace. Our only complaint is that he is hard to reach at times and doesn't always get back with us in a timely manner. The work is EXCELLENT!! We will always use Merz for our furnace and air conditioning needs!

They were very neat when they cleaned up and they answered all the questions we had really well.
Description of Work: We had a bathroom sink and tub out of line with the pipes and they moved them over a little, reinstalling them, and then installing a new sink drain in the process. The entire job took 2 full hours to complete.
