I called all around and this is the only place I could find that would provide and install a new one. I still wanted a wooden one, and not just a 4x4. I wanted it to have a bit of design. I contacted them by phone and was told they could do it. I sent them pictures via email with regards to what I wanted. They sent me a contract via email a couple days later which I had to sign and provide half the payment up front. I provided a new mailbox and they stopped by to pick it up and took it to their shop where they made the mailbox post, shelf for the actual box and then installed the mailbox on the shelf. They then came to install the entire thing at my home. From start to finish I think it took a couple weeks. They dug out what was left of the old post, and cemented the new one in a new hole they dug. They removed all debris.

They were responsive. They were the most fairly priced. They were able to answer any and all questions that we had. They had the best price by far. When we put a fence in, they will be doing it.

They were wonderful. I was impressed. They negotiate rates. They are good people.

Had estimate done on about the middle of July 2010. Gave them half down to order product. They said it would take approximately 4-6 weeks to get product (it had to made). We kept calling about every two weeks after the end of August to check to see what was the status. They said they were still waiting on product and as soon as they got it, we would be next. Finally about the middle of December they came out and and installed post and rails. Then January 4 they came out and finally completed the fence.
