 + 1 moreThey were timely and professional and had great ideas on the project. They were also the only company that bid and brought out an entire team including plumbers and electricians before submitting their quote. I had 3 companies quote the project - I also felt they were the most trustworthy. Not much more to add besides what's listed in first question above.
Description of Work: Had one side of the basement, which was previously unfinished, remodeled into a handicap accessible bathroom with a roll-in shower. They were prompt, completely open on working with my schedule, and very professional. Overall job is excellent. Scope included ripping up existing concrete, replacing all main plumbing lines (house is about 100 yrs old and all pipes were cast iron and cracked), installing handicap accessible, roll-in shower, toilet, sink and applying vinyl flooring. There was a minor issue and they came out and fixed it within a week or two of my reporting it.

 + -1 moreThe contractor was fast, efficient, tidy, and stayed close to the estimate. My kids were home sick and he was very quiet. He managed to keep the cats in without actually banging the door. We all appriciated his draping when he sanded, vacuuming and sweeping the all the sawdust up, and picking up EVERYTHING when he was gone to let things dry. All in all the best contractor we have ever delt with.
Description of Work: The contractor replaced flooded out flooring, pipes, tile, trim, ceiling from downstairs, sheet rock, ect. He was fast, efficient, and clean. He was very careful about the sawdust and sheet rock dust. He draped things and had his own vacuum. My kids were home sick and he was very quiet with everything, esp. the front door. He also stayed close to the estimate. All in all, the best contractor I've ever delt with.

We complete jobs that range in size from large turn-key hotel renovations to small residential kitchen and bathroom remodels. We also can complete your concrete, siding, windows, doors and roofing projects.
