Drain Pro's Sewer & Drain Cleaning Service

He was able to get it done within 30 minutes. He explained how the city sewer worked and recommended that I put in a bigger diameter clean out access in order to get larger blades in to cut the roots out of the tiles that were more than likely causing the blockage. I have had at least 4 different companies come out to do this same service over the years (big, old trees in the neighborhood). This company was straight forward, no B.S., no intimidating sales tactics of additional work that and quot;shouldand quot; be completed. He was informative, honest, and professional. He even suggested that I call additional companies to check his quote for the replacement of the clean out access. I will call Drain Pro's yearly now to perform an annual clean out in order to avoid these situations in the future.

After spending 2 hours with a 25' drain snake trying to clear a clogged kitchen drain I gave up at 6:30PM and called Jeff at Drain Pro's of Fort Wayne. Jeff told me he could be there in the morning, or would come right away for an additional $40 emergency/evening charge. With supper bubbling on the stove and pots and pans piling up with nowhere to wash them, I elected to have him come right away. He told me he would be here in about 30 minutes, and he was. Jeff is very personable, friendly, and professional, even though I'm pretty sure I pulled him away from his supper to get him to drive across town and auger out my drain. He was quite efficient and it didn't take him very long to get the sink drain running freely again. He also spent extra time to make sure the pipes under the sink were reassembled properly and didn't leak. Jeff had my drain gurgling like a Swiss yodeler with a minimum of fuss, and none of the muss. I can't say enough about how accommodating Jeff was, and how graciously he helped me to understand what the problem was, as well as how to possibly avoid it in the future. To me, the cost to have Jeff (including the emergency charge) was well worth the peace of mind in having it done right, and done right now.

We were getting some in our basement due to a clogged floor drain and called around to have someone take a look. Jeff from Drain Pro was at our house within the hour and spent the next 4 hours pulling equipment into the basement and getting the drain cleared. We were given sound advice that a 'clean-out' would be needed to prevent further issues but his work done on this particular day would keep our basement dry for the time being. This was the day after our area had received 10 inches of snow and everyone else told me they couldn't get there trucks out. Jeff got his van out, and got the job done! Will definitely consider this company first in the future.

We had a constantly running toilet in our upstairs. When I called Greg, it was approximately 2:30 pm - he arrived at our house promptly at the promised time of 4 pm. He was professional, pleasant and clearly knew what he was doing. He took a quick look at the toilet, which is older and went to the hardware to get the part he needed. Upon returning, he tried several times to fix it, but had to make another trip as the part wasn't working to his satisfaction. He finished quickly, and then repaired another toilet seat even quicker. The only criticism I would have is that he wore his work boots throughout the house, and though quite understandably - they were wet and snowy, and it concerned me since I have hardwood floors. I feel though, that Greg's work and personality were more than enough to offset mopping the floors after his departure - it was cleaning day for me anyway! I intend to call Greg exclusively for any plumbing needs I may have in the future - as he put it, he "does it all".

I am very pleased with the service. There was no trip fee and the work was quoted for the job and not per hour. The technician arrived less than an hour after I made the service call. He was courteous, knowledgable and thorough. He cleaned up after himself and guaranteed his work for 30 days. The price was very reasonable compared to other local plumbing companies. I would definitely use this company again.
