They came out and gave a free estimate and were not pushy at all. They were very courteous and patient. They did have a busy schedule with it being summer so they had to schedule the work 2 weeks out but that gave us enough time to research and purchase our fans. They were on time, professional, considerate, and did a great job cleaning up. They also were very understanding with our nervous and loud dog. I would definitely consider them for future jobs at our house.

It took a couple of times to fix it and they just ended up replacing it. They had to come back a second time to fix the doorbell. The electricians were good.

They first came out and spent a lot of time with us going over our ideas, adding some suggestions and finally coming up with a plan. Everything was done on time, on budget and exactly as promised. The electricians were very professional and cleaned up completely after they were done. Doolittle is now our go-to electric service company. We also recently used them to fix a minor circuit breaker issue. They were in and out in 20 minutes!

The crew got to our home right at 8:00 am sharp!! Measurements were taken and all the work was planned professionally. Communication was awesome and work was done from experienced and knowledgable team. They cleaned during and after the work was complete.

Dave Doolittle responded to my telephone inquiry promptly, a call back received well within 24 hours of initial contact; he arrived at scheduled time/date. Once job was quoted and agreed upon, time was set for work; his crew was prompt. Crew worked efficiently and diligently to eliminate any inconvenience to my family (considering they had to deal with a 150/200 year old farmhouse kitchen ceiling, or should I say two ceilings, the original and a drop ceiling). The crew also did a wonderful job of cleaning up after themselves. I have been looking for an electrician since coming to Fort Wayne 14 years ago, and after dealing with several "master" electricians, I have finally found the one I will contact for all future needs.

The scheduler was delightful and helpful to talk to. The service was performed within a few hours of my call. The electrician was pleasant, professional, quick, efficient, and most competent. I was very pleased by the reasonable price, responsiveness, and quality of service. Although I might have been able to do the work myself, the low price and speed of service, along with the pleasant experience, made the small expense well worth my not having to bother with a DIY.

I emailed them for an appointment because my garage door didn't work and several other outlets weren't working because of it. I thought I had a circuit breaker that failed. They emailed me promptly and were able to send an electrician at the time I requested. He was prompt, courteous and professional. The work was done in a timely manner and the charge was fair. I definitely would use them again.

Amazingly quick. Doolittle Electric started the work while my wife was at home at approximately 8:00 a.m. I left early to be home by 2:00 p.m. for the finish of the job. By then they were already gone, had cleaned up everything and the work looked beautiful and up to code.

Went great. Didn't charge more than the estimate, got the work done in like two hours. No interruptions in my electric service.

Talked to office person 5/3/13 made appt for 5/9/13 for someone to come out between 2-4:30PM to give est. to change existing outlet to it's own breaker and add another outlet to it. Explained that we built the house in 2008, the existing outlet is on a porch that we have since glassed in and now run a heater in in the spring and fall. The outlet is on a breaker with the other outlets in the livingroom and when running the heater & tv the breaker will blow so the porch outlet needs to be on it's owbreaker. Also the livingroom has a vaulted ceiling the wiring has to go over - hence needing an estimate for the work and wanting another outlet on the porch put in at the same time. This was no problem I was told, see you on the ninth. Well, you can guess the rest on the story - NO ONE SHOWED!! NO ONE CALLED!! You can use your own judgment whether or not you want to take a chance on them.

I have used Doolittle Electric for years and numerous projects around my home and they have never let me down. They are always punctual, quick to quote a competitive price, and timely in their work. They have installed puck lights in my kitchen, low voltage lights in my bar in the basement, wired in a hot tub, etc. Dave and his wife can be trusted with all your electrical needs.

They did the work last week. They changed all the wiring they could get to. They could replace all the wiring. They're coming back and they're going to hang all the fans and look up all. They had a really good price.

I have used their servcies three times now. They are fantastic!

DAVE SHOWED UP ON TIME AND HIS HELPER FINISHED THE JOB IN ABOUT HALF AN HOUR.

Overall went well, they were higher in price for the two electricians that I had quote the work. Asked them to match the lower quote but they said they were as low as they could go. Choose to use them anyway because they seemed more compentent (the company that bid lower seemed to have no idea what I was talking about). Scheduled the work within a week, came when they said they would, were professional, and did great work.

I had multiple quotes from some of the big named electrical contractors in the area and Doolittle was cheaper by 1/3! I will never call anyone else for any electrical work that I need. I actually called them today for an issue with my new house!

They are wonderful. They have done all kinds of work for me. I've been using them for three or four years. They did switches and plugs in one room because I wanted a different color. They installed canister lights and changed another ceiling fan. I am trying to get rid of all the gold in my house. I like their attitude and they are good guys. They know what they are doing and they do it quickly with a smile. I don't feel like I am getting ripped off.

I was called the day of my estimate to inform me that the estimator was ill and could not make my appointment. I tried to reschedule and was told that they would call me back with some different dates to reschedule. I was never called back, I guess they dont need the business. I have since called other's with better customer service.

They charged about 550 dollar. They were very reasonable, prompt and astute. I would give them A's across the board.
