HIred them summer of 2010 to touch up house and scrape and prime and paint window trim. Some things were misrepresented including estimate--bill was much higher. Time was much longer. Brett hadn't anticipated the carpentry work that needed to be done and painting had to stop while we waited. Several days no one came and job dragged on and on. Three windows were never touched and I had to pay someone else to fix the windows and then finish the paint job. Windows were left dirty and when I asked Brett to clean them he asked for windex and paper towels and then charged me. Much of the work was fine, but some of the window trim paint has cracked and blistered and I've contacted Brett twice. He has never responded. I've had to hire someone else to fix them. I hired them because I had always had good luck with Doug McNeeley, the previous owner. Brett assured me Doug worked for the company but he never showed up, even when I specifically asked for him. There was always some excuse. I had hired Doug several times and had always had excellent work.
