Showed up to walk the property and that's about all that happened. Was told I would have a quote in a few days and only after me contacting them 2 weeks later one was received. I had questions about it because I wanted to be sure some specifics like burying a drainage pipe and adding topsoil in certain areas was not detailed in the quote but never received a response from the company. I attempted to call to discuss with a manager or owner but the salesman that did the quote is the one who answered the phone and said he was sorry he had not gotten back to me but he was just too busy. In fact he told me I was lucky I even caught him because he was on his way into a meeting. I told him to go on to his meeting. I did attempt to email the company but again never received a response. Perhaps they just prefer big companies and not little homeowners. I don't know but I won't bother them again.

Overall very pleased with the outcome. Lawn died every summer during the long august month. this year was bad I had no grass at all, some weeds were left but that is it Harlow enterprises perform a soil sample and determined that my lawn was lacking in some areas but overall was good The ground was worked with a machine that is pulled behind a tractor while grass seed and the appropriate fertilizer for my lawn was applied. and within a couple of weeks grass started appearing I am going to use them in the spring and summer to fertilize my lawn with a mix made for my lawn based on the soil sample taken.
