+ -1 moreDennis came to our home 2 weeks before the apt. to discuss what we needed done, We pointed out a tree in our back neighbors yard that we were paying to have cut down (with their approval) because it was about to fall on our fence (or house) and they are unable to pay to have it removed. We also discussed in length, trimming a large tree in our back garden, noting EXACTLY where we wanted it trimmed & what we wanted left alone.He totally cut down BOTH trees!!! This was a 50 year old tree!! There is NOTHING that can be done to fix this! When I called Dennis to find out what happened, he said "sorry 'bout that, I must have forgot to make notes" He made no offer to compensate us or refund any of the money we paid him. No offer to plant a new tree (not that it would help). I will NEVER call this service again & highly recommend anyone looking for tree service to look elsewhere, or at the very least, get the quote in writing so you can be somewhat assured that he "took notes"

+ -1 moreWe had a huge corkscrew willow tree that was dying. Dennis Creech came out and gave us quotes on trimming the tree and removing the tree. The price was very reasonable to have them remove the tree and they were able to come out the next day to take down the tree. We are waiting until the ground gets dry in order for them to come back and grind out the stump. Very polite and did all clean up. I would recommend them to anyone
