Custom Management Corp

Absolutely horrible. We hired Jerome Graber, Develop Inc. which apparently rolls up under Melvin Graber and Custom Management Corp. The Allen County Building Department shut Jerome Graber and Develop Inc down for not having a permit. Jerome then had his father, Melvin Graber, pull the permit under Custom Managment Corp. They told the Building Department that Jerome was one of his superintendents. The roofing job initially started around April 20th and as of June 21st it still isn't done to our satisfaction. They called in a final inspection by the Building Department and failed. Now they won't respond to the Building Department's attempts to schedule a meeting to discuss all of the short comings. The inspection failed to the point that Melvin Graber's license under Custom Management Corp has been suspended. They have repeatedly made attempts to contact Melvin but thus far he as failed to respond. On June 18th I provided them Jerome's number in hopes that they may be able to contact Melvin via his son but so far I have not heard anything back. In addition to the roofing job, they did repair work on our garage that also failed inspections. The poor quality of their workmanship is beyond description and only pictures would truly show how shabby their work is. I just hope that this review will save someone else the angst we've endured from this "business".
