Current Mechanical Heating and Air Conditioning

I appreciate the service tech providing my options and helping me choose the right repair at this time for my furnace. I have used this company for years. This company continues to provide excellent service, or I would not continue to use them. I cannot provide price as I am awaiting the bill, however, they have always been fair to deal with!

I use them regularly. At work, they are on site every day. I take care of facilities for a company, 15 buildings in Fort Wayne. They are my main mechanical contractor for all of our sites. They just keep somebody on site continuously for us. I’m not affiliated with them, they’re just my mechanical contractor that I use. I really don’t know the cost until I get an invoice at the end of the month.

Great, great price

Technician went over the furnace and checked everything. Cleaned a couple parts that could have cause the problem. Recommended that I replace the thermostat, which he could have done for me. I thought it was simple enough to do myself, so he made sure I knew what type of thermostat to buy and how to do it myself. I really appreciated his professionalism and service.

Overall good. Tony was a little slow getting back with me to finalize final check of system.

They were really professional and answered a lot of my questions. They came back and fixed some things that I had issues with and were very cooperative throughout the whole process. I will use them again in the future.

Current Residential was out and quickly located the problem with my HVAC system. The system was repaired, and I was advised what the problem was. I asked for a quote to replace just the air conditioning part of m system. The quote came with days with a reasonable price for replacement, and options for other type of replacement. When talking about purchasing the unit, I asked about replacing the heating parts to since it was near 20 years old. Jeff provide pricing for going both was. I elected to purchase a complete unit, the unit they recommended as high quality, but not higher price. It was ordered and installed within 10 days, even though it was not an emergency. The installer was fast and very professional while still being friendly. We talked about the unit he was installing, and he said the same thing. He installed the same air conditioning system in his house, and when the heat has problems, he will install the rest of this system in his own home. I will use this company again, and will and have recommended them to my friends and co-workers.

Everything went very well as expected. Courteous and knowledgeable.
