Description of Work: Brian came out to my home as scheduled. He ran a number of checks and cleaned up my PC that I use for sim racing. It worked perfect when he was done. Very happy!!

+ -1 moreAfter trying to diagnose my issues using suggestions from the folks at iRacing, nothing I tried was working. In the middle of a race, I would be disconnected from the service (very frustrating). I called Brian, explained my issues, told him what iRacing suggested and we set-up a time for him to come out to my house to take a look. He was on time and very professional. I showed him my setup and he got to work right away. He went through my computer, checked router settings and made some changes that were needed. While he was here, I did some testing with no issues (Yeah). I highly recommend Conozo for any of your computer or technology issues. Thanks Brian!!!

+ -1 moreBrian came to my home the next day and worked on my computer for an hour and had it working perfectly. I also asked him to backup my files on a separate hard drive and he brought that equipment along and did that also. He also went thru programs I had not used and deleted them to make more room for storage. Very satisfied. Will call again and will refer to others.

+ -1 moreWe highly recommend Brian for business or personal computer service and advice. He is great to work with and very resourceful and able to find solutions that work and make sense. One weekend our main server went down and Brian was able to source a new motherboard and... RAM memory, and even drove to Detroit to pick it up for us and get our server back online that day. Our other options would have taken several days with our main server down. That is just one example of the many times he has saved us time, money, and frustration. Thank you Brian and Conozo Computers!

Description of Work: Fixed computer virus attack, Tweeked all present running programs and installed better free virus protector. In past also installed larger hard drive. Made home visit, very trustworthy. Prices are very reasonable, to a fault and I always pay more due to the excellent quality service provided.
