Colvin Kitchen & Bath was a wonderful business to work with. They told us exactly what would happen and it did. They answered all our questions and supported us through the whole procedure. The workers were very friendly and professional. We were very impressed when the owner came for the last review of the job and walked us through how to use their product. We would highly recommend Colvin!

It went great! They had a crew ready gutted the kitchen in one day. cleaned up every night before they left. Level are floor before laying new flooring/ Had electrician the 2 day in. We had a worker who was with us all the way thru. They called Frontier to have our backup system moved/ Were finished with flooring and new cabinets and plumbing done within 7 days. Counter tops were in within 2 weeks and completed everything within a 4 week period. Kitchen was smaller than some.

Lots of prep work using plastic drop cloths to cover furniture in adjacent bedroom, plastic on floors, cleaning up the work area daily, very professional workers, answered my every question, supervisor at my beckoning call.

It all went amazingly well! Great job, great people, all very professional!

Its a family business and it shows. Very Professional and extremely cordial. Made my wife and I very comfortable during the process knowing that it was a large expense for us to commit to. My wife is already looking at a new shower upgrade. (We have to wait a little)

Awesome! This is the second time that we have called on Colvin's and we are just as pleased as the first time. This was for our parent's home and they needed a solution that would keep them in their home. The new walk in shower is perfect! They take every precaution when dealing with the elderly - the texture of the base, rubber dots on the backs of the grab bars, every little detail. Guy Colvin comes himself to ensure the quality of every single job, you just don't find that any longer. Any calls to the office with questions were immediately returned, by someone that could provide an answer! We continue to be pleased with the exemplary customer service and quality that we receive from Colvin's and we will continue to call on them for new and existing work that we need done in our kitchens and bath.

They did a fantastic job. Complete tear out of old bathroom. We had frozen pipes in extreme weather. They rerouted the pipes and insulated the wall and ceiling. Our new shower is fabulous. I love it! Ceramic walls and seat, stone flooring, rain shower head with hand held shower head also. Glass enclosure and door. New bathtub and double sink with Quartz countertop, beautiful cabinet and extra cabinet with shelves. New LED lighting! We have been very pleased with our results. We would highly recommend Colvin's to everybody!

Everything went as planned. They came out and measured my kitchen, and a few weeks later the counter tops were ready. The installation included raising the counter tops, installing a trim (which they perfectly matched to existing cabinets), new granite sink, new fixtures, new disposal, and new dishwasher. The project only took two days to complete. They were friendly, professional, and knew what they were doing. When finished, they cleaned up all construction debris and left my kitchen looking great.

Colvin was fantastic from the first phase, when we visited the showroom through the final walkthrough. Customer service was great. Their employees worked long hours to get the job done on time and kept our house very clean.

The service was exemplary. We were pleased with the representative who helped us plan the project and with the employees responsible for the renovation work. The work took longer than expected, but it was due to some unforeseen issues. The final project exceeds our expectations.

Everything for the most part went as planned and in the time frame agreed upon.

This is our third experience with Colvin Kitchen & bath (2 kitchen counters and one full bath). Since cabinets had to be taken down that sat on counter and we had that at our last home too we already knew everything would be done absolutely right. The people doing the work were very easy to have around and conciderate of my husband and myself. They took great care of the floors, wallpaper etc as they worked. Everything went smoothly down to the smallest detail. The kitchen looks great!

Outstanding experience; great suggestions in design phase; best quote-very thorough and explained how/why price might change due to unknowns; worked with us to minimally impact use of kitchen during work - and met the schedule exactly - contacted us regularly to confirm timing; highest quality employees - explained very carefully, very neat/clean, cleaned up each day of work....it was apparent that they knew what they were doing and cared about the quality of what they did (owner is VERY lucky to have these people); final product - we could not be happier - quality, delivery.....just what we dreamed of! For a demo and replacement - removed counter tops on first day, installed new surfaces next day, tiled and reconnected plumbing and appliances on third day (making all items usable), grouted and cleaned up on fourth day - minimal impact and met our schedule/timing requests. I would not hesitate to recommend this company - best price, outstanding quality and service. The owner really cares about how his customers feel - and strives to meet their expectations.

From the first visit to discuss the plans at our home I was impressed with the professionalism and knowledge base of the people at Colvin. They were patient with us as we made decisions and went to work as soon as we gave them the go-ahead. They were not the cheapest estimate we had but went with them because of their competence. Everything went as planned with no hitches. The final walk-thru was with Guy Colvin, owner, who wanted to make sure we were satisfied with everything.

The salesman walked into the bathroom and stated right away that the cost would be $35000-$40000. He then asked our budget and what we wanted done. Granted, this was our first estimate so we were overly idealistic about the changes we wanted to make and low in what we wanted to spend. He jotted down the dimensions of the bathroom, took pictures and stated that he would get back to us with a quote. Never heard from him again. We have had two other estimates since then and have come to our senses, going up with our budget and down with amount of changes. Remodeling will begin in February, not with Colvin. Update: Our salesman from the estimate called to apologize & explain. There were communication issues on both our parts. Really appreciate the fact that they contacted us concerning our review.

I'm happy with the design and the install. They were great. They son has a disability so they took out the bath tub and made it into an accessible shower and they put down new flooring. The accessible shower, it doesn't sound like it costs that much but we did tile work on the floor and they had to redo a bunch of plumbing, put grab bars in and a flip down seat so that both my able bodied son and my son with disability can use the same shower. They didn't do anything with the toilet or the sink but the floor and the whole shower area was redone. They are very professional, they cleaned up their messes everyday, it was upstairs so they covered the stairs and put everything back as much as they could when they got done each day. Everything was nice and clean when they left, and they were polite. The salesman was very nice and it was a good experience. Their price is pretty high, we could have gone some other way so I don't know if that's really fair.

Colvin Kitchen & Bath were very efficient and the quality of work was beautiful.

Total professionals from start to finish. Very responsive and kept in excellent communication during the job. Cleaned up after themselves daily. All my concerns were addressed quickly, politely and to my satisfaction. They were great to work with.

The project went well over all. If we did have any glitches along the way they were addressed in a timely manner. The kitchen looks great. The owner came out to inspect the work when it was finished

punctual, clean good service

The salesman was extremely nice and took lots of time to explain and show it all to us. He came in on his day off to meet with my mother, who was on a brief reprieve from hospitalization. It did take a long time to order the system, but he was able to put a rush on the order - as she would have to stay in a nursing home unitl her bathroom was made more accessible..There was a communication breakdown, and my mother was not aware of an installation date until the installers were knocking at her door. It appears that no installation appointment had been set. She was home alone and afraid to answer. The installers had to call my sister hundreds of miles away to call my mom to get her to answer the door. They achieved removing the old system and installing the new one in good time, and were very careful and neat - despite having a VERY small bathroom to work within.

They are not the cheapest in town but perform exceptional work. They back up their work as well as anybody could. I would use them again in the future.

Everything done on schedule. Good communication; we always knew what was going on. Good follow-up after job completed.

They did not get the job because of their high price compared to 3 other estimates. Their lack of responsiveness was disconcerting and lead me to worry about their ability to meet deadlines.

Installer was very professional and knowledgeable. He and his helper were neat and cleaned up after the work was done. Very good craftsman.
