 + -1 morewe have been using this realtor Irma Smith for about a year (we are passively looking for a new home we have not found one to our liking yet and we want to live in a certain area which limits us) she is professional and nice and does not seem to mind that it is taking a long time .......... We did have another coldwell banker realtor Adam .............. who supposedly is very well known not sure what branch he is out of but he came across not wanting to be bother, if someone would ever ask us about him we would not recommend him

 + -1 moreIt did not go well. The VA would not approve a loan for what the house was worth. Despite our agent trying to work out a solution, the loan did not go through. Guess you can't fight the government.
Description of Work: We tried to sell a house that we were renting.
