+ -1 moreThere was a separate fee. I paid about $250 as the fee. They were big. They had a lot of people working for them. I think it helped because they had more listings and knew what was going on with regard to property. I had two different real estate agents. One was really responsive and the other was not so. They seemed to be professional. I will possibly use them again in the future.

+ -1 moreJosette was an excellent real estate agent. She followed up very well and was very knowledgeable about the whole process. I have purchased several homes before, and I would say she is probably the best I've ever seen. I don't know what her commission was, but she didn't charge me anything. The commission is paid by her real estate company.
Description of Work: I closed up my home on November 6th and Josette from Coldwell Banker Roth Wehrly Graber helped me for about 2 or 3 months in trying to find my new house.
