Dennis was fantastic. He made sure he was aware of any and all spots that concerned me before he started. He explained the process and how he was going to approach things beforehand as well. When he was most of the way done he asked me to inspect it and he reworked any areas where I felt I could still see stains. In the end our carpet was thoroughly clean and it was completely dry within 2 hours. Much quicker than other carpet cleaners. Dennis used a protectant on our stairs and also left me some spot remover in case we get any spots between cleanings. He was extremely professional and accommodating and he did great work. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to my family and friends.

Brandon showed up on time, very courteous, toured the areas to be cleaned, took some measurements, and made some adjustments to the online estimate I was provided by their website prior to setting the appointment. They had to revise upward slightly because one of my rooms was very large, 600+ sq ft. He explained the order in which the rooms would be cleaned and protected and worked quickly and efficiently. We are very impressed by how clean the carpets are. They look just like new again and are over 10 years old. They are much cleaner that we have ever seen them in the 7 years we have lived here. Much much cleaner than other carpet cleaners services.

He special treated the stain twice and never removed it. He did not seem concerned, and it was a total waste of money.

Our home was needed to be cleaned for a party and holiday events to be held there. The manager of this franchise was always prompt, courteous and always professional. He was extremely reasonable in regards to payment for the services rendered. We would gladly recommend this company to family and friends. We also plan to have him back for any carpet cleaning needed. The manager paid particular attention to any stain in the home, and agreed to return for a spot treatment if needed.

They do a particularly good job with pet stains. They did a wonderful job back in April and they always do. I would recommend them to others. They are very pleasant to have in the house.

Fantastic service. He got some spots out that have been there for YEARS!!! The best part of this company vs. other "steam" cleaning companies is that the carpets were completely dry within 2 hours!! Will definitely ALWAYS call Chem-Dry whenever I have a need.

By far the best service we have ever received in carpet cleaning. The carpet has never looked better since we moved in. Many stains we had given up on have finally been removed. The service was excellent. Very friendly and primarily concerned with making the carpet look like new. He took the time to do it right. He started by reviewing the work requested and gave an accurate estimate with several options. He swept the entire area and then pretreated stains and high-traffic areas. The cleaning then was started in the areas that we wanted access to first (the master bedroom) and continued through the rest of the areas. He spent extra time on the stairway as there were still remnants of construction worker use and drink spills. Once complete he raked the carpet and left it looking like new. In total he spent over 3 hours doing the work. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

Awesome job! I have used Chem-Dry of Allen County several times now to clean my carpet and will never use anyone else. They are very attentive to detail and do an awesome job on the carpets, especially when you have a puppy! Love the PURT product they have for those puppy messes. Thanks Dennis!!!!

First of all their was a mix up about the day of service. They came two days early, but came back on time on the scheduled day. Our carpet had never been cleaned since we had it installed (about 4 years ago). It had some spots and dirty traffic areas, especially at the entrance to the bedroom. We don't take our shoes off when we come in the house. Our carpet is beige. I was surprised at how clean the carpet looks. All the spots came out, and the traffic areas are clean and blend in with the rest of the carpet. I was very pleased with the results. The carpet looks really nice and clean. I like that this is a more natural way to clean carpets. The less chemicals, the better.

They did a good job. I use them all of the time. The gentleman came right out that morning and took care of the problem. They are a little bit more expensive than some of the other carpet cleaning companies, but they don't leave a very wet carpet.

The owner came with his crew, because it was an emergency cleaning. They spent three or four hours cleaning the carpet. There was one spot in my kids playroom where a pencil sharpener had tipped over so there were pieces of lead in the carpet. To get this all out, he needed a special treatment that he didn't have on his truck. He came out the next week, free of charge and spent an additional hour cleaning that one spot. I would use them again.

Phenomenal! I first called Chem Dry when my dog became very sick and I needed (the carpet in) all of the bedrooms cleaned upstairs immediately. Dennis was terrific on the phone. He explained the process that they would use to clean the carpet which included spot removal, sanitizing, cleaning, etc. and the price was comparable, if not less, than his competitors. But here is where this company will exceed your expectations and totally wow you; when the crew came to clean my carpets, they spent hours (more than 2) cleaning three bedrooms, which are not large bedrooms! They did such a thorough job I could not believe it! No other carpet cleaning in Fort Wayne (and I have tried most of them) is as thorough and picky as this one. So I called Chem Dry a few weeks later to clean the carpet in my basement and the experience was not the same, it was even better! They spent hours cleaning my carpet and even came back the next week to spend another hour working on a stain! Free!
