We have been a full time Profesional Hardwood Flooring Business since 1991. Hardwood Flooring is our only Business. We are experienced, and will deliver a Professional Job, in a Timely Manner getting you back to "normal life" as quickly as possible. We are a Full Service Hardwood Flooring Contactor. We Can Deep Clean your floors, Do a "No Sand Refinish", We Can Repair a Water Damaged Floor, We Can Restore an Older Floor and Bring it Back to Life, We can Sand and Refinish most wood floors. We also Install "Real Wood" floors. We do not install, repair or even recomend most laminate, enginered or even some prefinished floors. We work with "unfinished wood" only, providing you with Custom Flooring options. We can install a new floor (you aren't limited by some manufacturer's limited color selection), match an existing floor (if you are Remodeling), or Restore an existing floor. (Maybe you pulled up the carpet and discovered you have hardwood floors- we can help bring them back to life and make them easy to maintain for years of enjoyment.) We have the Best Equipment you can buy. We also run a Dust Containment System that makes it a "Dust Free Sanding" job, NOT A DUST BAG, A STAND ALONE DUST CONTAINMENT SYSTEM! We use Quality Finishes, not the stuff you buy at the Big Box Stores. We use both Oil and Water Based Finishes, made by companies that make finishes for Hardwood Floors, and only Hardwood Floors. (There is a big difference in the quality of our products and what you can buy at a Big Box or Hardware Store.) We do Both Residential and Commercial Hardwood Floors. We Own all of our Equipment, we do not rent equipment at the local Tool Rental Place. There is a big difference in the quality of the finished product because we are using the best equipment, and it hasn't been used or beaten up by some "DIY'er" or painter/"jack of all trades," who tells you he can "Refinish your floors." I can "paint", but I am not a painter. There is a difference between someone who does this for a living and someone who does it "on the side." ....................Hardwood Flooring Contractor Since 1991 ....................All are Equipment hooks up to a Stand Alone Dust Contaiment System. Our floors turned out absolutely beautiful! So beautiful that we had them come back this year to do our whole upstairs and the stairway. It took them a week to complete the living room due to the process (Sanding, staining, sealing with 1 coat of polyurethane and 2 coats of epoxy topcoat). They use a Hepa filtration systems that keeps dust to a minimum. When they came back recently it took 2 weeks due to all of the hand sanding required on the staircase. All of the employees are professional and very nice. Each day when they were finished they would tidy up their workspace, in order to keep the flow of our house intact. It's evident that Eric and his team are experienced and knowledgeable about what they do, which in turn allows them to deliver a quality product. We received multiple quotes for this work and Castle Restoration was the most affordable. I highly recommend them and plan to have them back once again to refinish the last of our hardwood floors.
Description of Work: Castle Restorations refinished the original hardwood floors in our 1938 home. They did our living room last April and recently we had them refinish our entire upstairs and stairway.
