+ -1 moreIt took approximately 3 hours. We were provided with booties in case we needed to walk on the carpet before it was dry. Drying took about 6 hours plus. There were some spots and he was able to get them out. Did an excellent job and checked back afterwards to make sure everything was ok. I would use him again. The price seemed a little higher than what I have seen, but we did have scotchgarding done which, I am sure added to the price.
Description of Work: Cleaned the carpet in the master bedroom (white) living room and hallway (tan) and theoffice (white). They also applied Scotchgard

We have used Carpetmasters for over 15+ years and have always had excellent service. They have always gone above and beyond especially in emergency situations. LUV THEM!

+ -1 moreI always use them and they are excellent. I love them. My sister also uses them. They are very professional and very on time. I've had them do spot cleaning because I have a dog. They try to manage to come out the same day if I call them. Their prices are reasonable.
Description of Work: I use Carpet Masters to clean the carpet in the whole house. They last cleaned the carpets before we sold our house. It was a living room, 3 bedrooms, hallway and traffic areas.

+ -1 moreWe really like the professionalism and kind responses we get from Carpet Masters. They clean up really well and they are always prompt.
Description of Work: We had them clean out over 10 large ducts throughout our three story home. This included the main ducts in the basement and the ducts in the attic. They took a couple of hours in total to clean the ducts by using a brush and vacuum system. All garbage was discarded by them.

+ -1 moreI was extremely pleased with the results. The owner then told me if I had any problems with it after he left, to please contact him and he would come back out and redo it for free. Carpet Masters wants their customers pleased. I would recommend their services and use them again.
Description of Work: Contacted Carpet Masters to clean my carpeting. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. The owner was friendly and knowledgeable. I asked if he could try to remove some paraffin wax that I spilled on my carpet three years earlier, and he ensured me that he could take it out. When he finished, I couldn't tell where I had originally spilled the wax. The carpet looked like it did brand new three years ago.
