 + -1 moreInstallers were on time, were very friendly and completed the work in a very professional manner. Noticed some tiles that had defects after the install, CR Carpet came back and replaced with no issues.
Description of Work: 100 sq ft upstairs bath grouted custom vinyl floor tile. , 600 sq ft grouted custom vinyl floor tile in hallway, kitchen, laundry.

 + -1 moreInstallation went pretty good, was done over a 2 day time frame to give us time to move furniture around. Overall satisfied, but there are some areas on outside wall corners where the installers just dropped the carpet into place and allowed the rough backing to scratch and peel paint off our walls, some areas as high as 3 feet off the ground. Also, seams at doorways are pretty visible, more than our previous carpet installation. It could partly be the style of carpet, but we were led to believe this carpet would have nearly invisible seams which just is not the case.
Description of Work: Carpet and padding for whole house, including tack strips - approximately 155 square yards.

Description of Work: They were 33% cheaper than other carpet/flooring places. We had a number of problems in the underlying floor that they corrected within the price estimate. We were only without a toilet for less than one day. They were the best, and were really helpful on selecting the pattern and color.

 + -1 moreUpon entering the store we were warmly greeted however the person helping us did not know much about carpet. Four other sales associates sat there while she tried to help us. They had previously, a week before, written down an estimate for us and she had to shuffle through a pile of papers to find it. Once she did finally find it she couldn't read the writing on the paper. Also, the paper did not include the quote that the sales associate gave us. The quote we received that day was hundreds of dollars higher than the one we received a week prior. Business practices are out of date and we went someplace else.
Description of Work: The provider installed carpet for us 4 years ago and we were very happy. We wanted to replace that carpet and C & R was the first place we went back to.

 + 0 moreOverall experience was great, from the first time I stepped into their store until the day they delivered and installed the carpet. Sales staff and installtion team were wonderful. My sales person really listened to what I wanted and helped me make my own decisioins. The installtion team were also wonderful. I need to have some of the bottom of my doors cut to accommdate the new carpet and they had recommned person who I could call. I will definitely use CR Carpet again for my next room.

Description of Work: We called CR Carpet to fix what Home Depot did in installing laminate flooring. They did an EXELLENT and professional job installing the flooring just how I wanted and it looks beautiful. Thought Home Depot was a professional but had nothing but trouble from faulty installation and scratching flooring. CR was very professional and I will recommend them to all who ask.
