+ 0 moreChris does good work and I trust him in the house when we are not home. He took care of all our requests without a problem. Getting him scheduled was the most challenging part.
Description of Work: Chris took care of some minor repairs at our house and has a broad knowledge of home construction and maintenance. He was fairly priced. When he has a lot of jobs, it can be difficult to get him scheduled.

+ -1 moreThey did a wonderful job. He was the contractor for my kitchen remodel. He used copper rivets for my counter tops and they look terrific. He was superb. He worked as the general contractor on the project. He had plumber, carpenter, electricians and painters. They were all right on schedule, which really surprised me. I highly recommend them. His cost included everything except the appliances. I had all new appliances put in. I would use them again.

+ -1 moreChris is prompt, courteous, and capable. Does good work at a vary fair price. Great personality. Just call him.
Description of Work: Chris did several small jobs for me. Ceramic tile repair, deck railing repair, screen replacement, Checked roof vent, replaced trim around door, replaced door hinges and handles. This stuff is small but he has been a building contractor. He can do large and small projects. Great guy to deal with and would highly recommend him to others. A very good friend gave me Chris's name and said he does his commercial work for him. Had nothing but good to say about him.
