to First of all we have their Comfort Agreement. This past winter we had several issues and they cam out promptly to take care of the problem. On one of the calls on one of the coldest winter days we had an error message which the technician thought he had taken care of. Just as he was ready to leave he heard something, checked it out and discovered we had a real problem with furnace. He got it fixed in a timely fashion and we had heat.. They have never failed to take care of our HVAC problems.

The team at Brockman are one of the most courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful companies I have ever worked with! I was given a short presentation with all my pricing options and financing can be applied for on their website which gives you an answer in seconds. I did not know that American Standard line they sell is essentially the same as Trane, and manufactured on the same assembly line! Technicians were polite and wore foot covers before entering my house and cleaned up after themselves. All in all a good experience and no problems with furnace or water heater so far!

I had requested 6 quotes from local reputable firms in the Fort Wayne area. Jake, the Brockman representative, was the most knowledgable about not only the equipment options (efficiency ratings, quality levels, costs, etc) but explained exactly what the job would entail. He also had done his homework on my home regarding its size and location (relative to the sun). Additionally, he conducted a heat loss survey. Only one other firm did this. He also explained the rebates and tax credits available to us for this purchase. He was able to answer all my questions and made sure to spend all the time necessary to make sure I understood all aspects of the job and his quotation ( I am an engineer so I had a lot of questions). 5 of the 6 firms came back to me with quotations but Jake (Brockman) was the only one to follow up to make sure I understood the quotation. The Brockman installers were very neat and courteous and did a fantastic job with the installation and the removal of the old equipment. Jake stopped by several times to check up during the installation. It took about 7 hours and was working perfectly by the time I arrived home from work, and continues to perform flawlessly a week later and through a cold snap. I'm very happy I went with Brockman Heating and Air Conditioning.

Called the office to see if they work on wall heaters. Person answered promptly, indicated they do, scheduled a service date, told me estimated cost, and said a coupon, that would reduce cost , was available in the phone book.

We have an extended service agreement with Brockman. We purchased the furnace from them 5 years ago. This is the first time the furnace has malfunctioned. It wouldn't light. We called them before they opened - I heard the time they opened and decided to call back later. However, they caller ID'ed me and phoned me to ask what was wrong - BEFORE THEY OPENED! They were able to arrive an hour before they promised. The technician stayed with the problem until he fixed it. The repair would have cost $336, but was covered under our agreement and warranty. The folks at Brockman are very friendly and genuine. When we bought our furnace, they impressed us with their honesty. Other companies tried to pressure us to buy right away. Brockman diagnosed the problem with the old furnace and offered to repair it, but laid out the replacement option as well. We ended up replacing it. We have always been impressed and pleased with the regular checkups.
