We purchased our first home in July 2007. I was referred to Joseph by my aunt who worked with Joseph in the past. He was very attentive and really went out of his way to help us find the perfect home and close the deal. We had a lot of problems with our appraiser (Mike Freck), and Joseph continued to follow-up to get the job done. Joseph took us to all different types of homes - which we really appreciated because we ended up finding the perfect home for us, and we would not have asked to see this home if Joseph had not recommended we view it (it's a two-story which I was sure I didn't want! :) ) . Joseph understood the importance of negotiating the deal until we felt comfortable with the price, seller concessions, etc. We were pretty aggressive feeling like we had the opportunity to get a great deal based on various factors, and Joseph mirrored our aggressiveness. We cannot say enough about Joseph's hard work on this deal. With our inept appraiser, we honestly were ready to walk away from the deal, but Joseph stayed the course and helped our dream home become a reality.
