It was great! His estimate came in well under anyone else we spoke to, and the quality of the work was amazing. He worked quickly and always cleaned up at the end of the day. We are already planning on hiring him to do some more work.

We are happy with the remodeling job. Dave was friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and had a good sense of humor, so we felt we would enjoy working with him. This was our first remodeling job ever, so we researched remodeling and the contractor thoroughly. Dave gave us references to call, so we went to see the remodel job done at another customers' home and it was beautiful. Dave's price was the middle out of three estimates from professional remodeling companies, and all three were very close. He finished the remodel job in the time frame he promised. He laid down plastic where the subs walked so that the floors wouldn't get dirty, and 99% of the time he and his sub-contractors completely cleaned up every crumb of mess before they left. We only had one problem: The floor subcontractor laid some tile unevenly, so Dave had him come back and take it out and re-do it. He went out of his way to do it right and we appreciated that. All of the subs were courteous and pleasant.
