We purchased a house made by Bob Buescher Homes a week ago. We have been very pleased with the house to date. Both the quality of the materials and the workmanship appears to be first-rate. Additionally, the builder provided great service even after the sale. I had questions about a lock and a light fixture after we moved in, and the builder sent someone out the same day I called.

Estimate was never performed. Vince showed up and went over plans. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He left with architectural plans and advised it would be a couple months before he would get back (August). He said he would be happy to discuss the plans with my son who drew them up. My son tried to contact Vince in August, leaving voice mails that were not returned. I left voice messages and then emailed Vince. Apologetically, Vince admitted to being busy and overlooking my project. He wrote he could not get to the estimate for another 2 months. I informed him that my timetable would allow for the delay. Upon my response, he declined, admitting the had two projects over one half million dollars that he had come to fruition. Anyone considering getting an estimate, may consider asking this company how they prioritize and value customers. What I experienced demonstrates money is the motivator.

It was just phenomenal amazingness. He really transformed the house into a gorgeous showcase house from an old nasty ugly house. He was on schedule to the day, to the hour. Every time he said something would be done, it was done. The quality of his work was the best we'd ever seen in a builder. It's so good that my parents are remodeling, they were looking to build a new home in our same town and move away from another state and my father who has done remodeling himself with houses, he immediately said that's the guy I want to build my house. He increased the value of the home by as much as we paid.

The lot I purchased was wooded and clearing started in early July 2013. An issue was discovered that delayed the start of the project by three months. Buescher provided a surveyor and took the lead in correcting the issues with no additional cost to me. the issued forced us to revise the house plan. The job finally began in early October 2013. Buescher provides an in house decorator to help guide through the selection process. I threw a few curve balls by requesting some special interior features and changing some selections. The subs were all very accommodating and Buescher allowed me to bring in one of my own subs. The entire crew was very professional. The process went as smoothly as it could have considering the build went into the worst winter we've seen in decades. Before the final walk through, I did a walk through of my own and noted several minor items. Bob caught them all and more. Because of the timing and severity of the winter the concrete patio cracked. Buescher noted the issue -and will get a concrete crew back out when the weather allows to re-pour. In the few weeks following closing, crews have continued to correct the issues found in the walk through. Seems a little inconvenient, but that's the way it goes with a new build. I would highly recommend Bob Buescher Homes.

We told Bob we were very picky. We found out when it came to being thorough we were amateurs. From the planning to the site prep to framing and every step of the way his team was on top of the work and the schedule. When we submitted our 3 page punch list he already had one he had prepared on his own work and it was 13 pages. If there was a spatter of paint that could only be seen from the top of a ladder it was on his list. We moved in on the date he promised when we first met with him. After 12 years we had one nail pop...that is all. His homes are a bit more but this one has been solid for 12 years now.

Everything was very good. We had no problems at all. We personally worked with Bob and he drew-up the plans for us.
