BEST YET INSTALLATIONS

3218 After getting several quotes from roofing contractors we meet at the Home & Garden Show we contacted Best Yet Installations and received a quote a lot less than his competitors for the same product and warranty. We contracted with Best Yet to have a new roof placed on the home and added two new vents. In three days Best Yet laid over 50 squares and installed the new vents. The new roof looks great and we are so pleased with the craftsmanship and professionalism Best Yet provided and their quality, workmanship and housekeeping was excellent. I think the tear off went well. But after that point it became apparent that previously there was no wood or backboards behind the old gutter. So he was to fill in that 1-2 inch gap before putting up the new gutters. I assume this was done since I did not really see it. I had several overflow issues since the work was completed that I asked him to come back out on. He gave the indication that the trees were causing the problem. However, he put expensive covers on the gutters to lessen the impact from trees. I had asked him to come out when I returned from a trip. He came when I was not home and Left a very brief message with the housesitter that it is my trees. I am not totally happy yet. I need to see some big rains and see how the system handles the water. I may be calling him again.
