They did an absolutely great job. About 6 men on the job. One climbing the trees and cutting. The rest taking away the debris to different specified areas. Yard was a clean as a whistle when they left. Very nice young crew , easy to tak to and ask questions of.

Called for an estimate and received a quick reply. Approved the estimate and was told they were about 3 weeks out, but would slide someone over here when they could manage. Not sure but I think they performed the job in less than the 3 weeks I was told. Job was completed in a vey professional manner for a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend their services, by the way we called several companies but most never returned our calls!

Brandon and his crew arrived at the scheduled time and were very professional and worked quickly. All work was performed by climbing with no cherry pickers in the yard, this was a big plus because it meant no ruts in the yard. They performed all work in less than four hours including chipping and hauling of all wood and cleaning up of branches and debris. I will be referring them to everyone I know that requires tree service. I appreciate the work ethic and quality of work they provided.

Overall the work done was very satisfactory. There are two administrative issues they need to work on: 1. Bauermeister Tree Service sends you an invoice before they perform the work. Not a normal practice by most businesses. 2. The biggest issue I have is that they will send an e-mail indicating they are really busy and it will be 4 or 5 weeks before they can do the job. Then they show up in less than two weeks, unannounced and without contacting the homeowner, and do the work. If the homeowner is not there, they do not attempt to contact them. Most homeowners want to know when a contractor is on their property. In fact, if there are any issues or concerns it is best to address on the day of the work - - - not after the homeowner discovers the work is complete and he was never informed that the contractor would do the job much earlier than indicated. That said.........they do good work and I will definitely use them again!

Josh was prompt in response for an estimate. When I comfirmed, he told me they had a backlog of about 5 weeks, but would keep me updated if anything came up sooner. They called on Friday and told me they would be out this morning. I just can't praise them enough for the wonderful, efficient work they did. They did everything promised in the estimate. The clean up was more than I expected - they raked and picked up even the smallest twigs - and used a rake and blower to remove any leftover sawdust. I hope I never lose any more of my trees, but if the need arises I certainly would call Bauermeister

Everything was suppose to go well. The owner visited my yard and gave me a price of $300. said it is a busy season and it might take up to a month to get to us. I was fine with that. We agreed that he would contact me 24-48 hours before the service was done to touch base and notify that they are coming. The end up showing completely unannounced, my wife called and said that there is someone cutting down a tree in the yard. I tried calling Josh the Owner who had phone issues that day. Could not get a hold of him until the day was done. Not a huge deal but I wanted them to look at another tree for a possible removal and could not communicate that. I also wanted to ask if they can place the cut up logs near the Fence. I got an estimate of $100 for the second tree which turned out to be wrong two days later. When they showed up to cut it it was now $300.

I noticed a large hole at the root of the tree. I called for an appointment for an estimate and he was there at the arranged time. He gave detailed description of work needed. The tree was removed on the day we agreed and, other than a bush that sustained minor damage, they left the worksite tidy. Overall removal was quick and professional. The wood was left in a neat pile for removal.

Our roof is very steep and I was impressed by their safety measures and the professional way they accomplished the work. Note: the cost did not include hauling away the large pieces of wood, but did include grinding smaller branches

They were very prompt, courteous, and specific when they came to do the estimate which was 1/2 as much as another estimate we received. They arrived when they said they would to do the work, cleaned up the yard VERY well when finished, and generally did an excellent job. It was not an easy spot from which to remove a tree and the tree had to be removed by climbing. It was not possible to get the truck very close to the removal site but they still cleaned up the yard completely. No problems with this job and this contractor at all. I highly recommend them.

. They did the work effeciently and did a great job of cleaning the area and removing limbs, leaves, etc. They even chopped up some limbs that were blown down at an earlier date even though this was not on their estimate. They were friendly and listened to any ideas we had.

They were very professional and did an excellent job. I was impressed with the speed with which they worked and the awareness they had for my property. They were careful not to damage any of the surrounding plants/flowers as they fell the trees, and cleaned up the yard thoroughly when finished. They removed five trees and two overgrown shrubs for us. Nicely completed!

He did well. He came and did a quote and was very nice. He seemed to know what to do when I gave him general description of what I wanted and I really liked the finished product. It really opened up the back yard for some lighting.

The owner came to give an estimate, he was polite and straightforward. The work was difficult (cutting around power lines). They did an excellent job, doing everything they promised and cleaned everything up. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

I contacted several tree removal services after a large 75-100 year old tree crashed through the roof of my home during a severe storm on June 29, 2012. Most of the other companies did not return my call. Bauermeister did and promptly sent a representative to assess the damage. It was quite a project requiring the use of heavy equipment and took 2-3 days to complete. They had to peel back part of my fence to get equipment close enough to perform the job and they repaired the fence completely when they were done. They were always there exactly when they said they would be. They were prompt, courteous, and professional at all times. To my surprise, they even sent two men to grind the stump on the 4th of July to finish the job. The few days they were on the job were during a spell of 100 degree weather and they worked extremely hard even under those adverse conditions. This was an insurance claim and they provided the necessary estimate immediately so the claim could be settled in a timely manner.They did not pressure me for immediate payment which I appreciated. They treated me with respect throughout the entire process and it was a pleasure doing buisness with them. I highly recommend Bauermeister Tree Service.

When they came out to give us the estimate, the gentleman was extremely nice and showed up when he said he would. It wasn't one of those drive-by estimates. He actually came in and talked to us and showed up what he would do. I asked him to cut the trees into 12 ft sections because my brother is a wood worker and wanted to come pick them up. That was really nice. They cleaned up and took everything else that we didn't want. I know a lot of these companies cut the trees down and want to keep the wood. He didn't mind leaving the wood.

I noticed that two large ash trees in my yard had fallen victim to the emerald ash borer. After looking at all of the trees on my property I decided to take down roughly 30 trees. The trees ranged in size from 20' tall to over 100' tall. I called Bauermeister tree service and talked to Josh. Josh came out a few days later and we looked over the work to be done. Before he left Josh had a description of the work and an cost written up. I called them a few days later and scheduled a time for them to do the job. Josh called to confirm that everything was OK the day before they were scheduled to start. The day of the work the crew showed up and quickly started work. There were four people in the crew and all of them were very personable and professional. They took down the trees one of which was 4 feet away from a playlet and another very large one that was 10 feet from the garage without issue. They returned the next day finished taking down the rest of the trees, hauled away all of the wood and ground the stumps.

If it is an issue, I did not get a call before they showed up to do the work. Our job was considered small and they had a window in their day, so they just showed up. I came home from work and found the maple tree nearly gone and was able to explain to them what I wanted done with the neighbor's pine tree to release our power line. Downside was that I didn't get to watch guys who know what they are doing work. They were a team of three and knew what they were doing, how to do it, and worked great as a team. When they ground the stump, they were very careful to put sheets of plywood up to deflect any flying chips. This also made their job of clean up easier. The only sign they were there was the pile of chips/dirt where the stump would have been. I knew this pile would be left before I agreed to have the work done.

The quality of work was excellent. We had a little confusion as to what was to be done, but the details were worked out very professionally. They were on site when they said they would be and left the worksite clean.

I would recommend them in a heartbeat. They were reasonable for the trees that had to be cut way back, cleaned all debris, on time, personable and left the yard the same way they found it.

I called Bauermeister Tree Service in mid April and talked to Josh. He came to my home a few days later and we walked around the yard and discussed what I needed done. Josh was very nice and listened to what I wanted and then gave suggestions. After we agreed on the price Josh went to his truck and brought me a written estimate describing in detail what was to be done. I asked when he could do the job and he said it would be a couple weeks before he could get to me and I told him that was fine and to go ahead and do the work. Two weeks later Bauermeister Tree Service showed up around 8:00 am and went immediately to work. They did not use a bucket truck to do the work, they climbed the tree with ropes and harnessess. They would first tie off the limb with a rope and then cut it and then lower it down. They were very careful not the hit my house with the limbs. When they cut down the smaller tree the brush was chipped and the wood was stacked by my fire pit. When they were done they raked the area and used a leaf blower to clean off my roof and patio. They were very professional and asked me how I liked the job and if I was happy with the work. Great Job!

I called to get a quote. They were out within a couple of days to provide one. Weather delayed things a bit, but they were out in a few weeks and did a great job. The foreman even took down an additional tree I had growing at the side of my house. I helped him move the debris. He did this for no additional charge. It only took 5 minutes, but it saved me a lot of trouble.

I was a little hesitant when the young man who came to do the estimate pulled up in an unmarked truck with a skull on the window. However, he was knowledgeable and nice to work with. My husband wanted a company that would climb and not bring big equipment into our yard and that is exactly what we got. They controlled every drop of every piece of each tree (4 large trees). The ground crew worked tirelessly cleaning and raking. Our yard looked better when they left than it had when they arrived. We have already arranged for them to come back and remove another tree we have decided to take down.

It went very well. They were quick and did a great job.
