+ -1 moreService man was knoweldgeable and respectful. Took the time to expain what happened and how to prevent. Advised what product was needed to resolve and prevent the issue.
Description of Work: Tested water at shop. Came to house to see why we were having an issue with the quality of the pool water.

+ -1 moreThe process started a week later than promised once started it was stated that it would take two weeks to complete. After two weeks we were promised it would be done on week three these dates are promises in writing from the owner. Week three the pool wast done, but yet another promise by the owner it would be completed week four. Week four is here and the pool is still not complete. There have been broken promises, excuses, perfect weather days with no work being done, and no return calls from owner. The whole experience that was supposed to be fun and exciting has been a nightmare.

+ -1 moreWe had seen Atlantis Pools and Spas at a home show, we received extensive information from their sales man as well as their brochures. We went home and pondered over the idea and decided to visit their showroom. Once we seen the in store models and were able to actually sit in one we were sold!!
Description of Work: We were in the market for a new hot tub and had seen Atlantis Pools and Spas at a local home show event. We visited their showroom in Auburn, which was a quick drive from Fort Wayne. We were very impressed with the level of knowlegde, their willingness to help, and most importantly their pricing and specials available! We had visited other hot tub dealers but utlimately decided on Atlantis Pools and Spas because of the options available, pricing and genuine care they expressed towards our needs.
