Prompt response, thorough service.

He was not professional in his dress manor, he was not professional in his language, bad mouthed other competitor, saying they are cheating me, then he gives me a low price 1st time, 2nd time quotes the same price and same work others suggested. Then charges my credit card for 2 visits where he did nothing. I will be reporting this company better bus. Bureau also!

They were great! Furnace quit and they were able to come out immediately. Fixed the issue and took the time teach me about the furnace, what had been done incorrectly by whoever installed it, and what to do if I ran into any other issues. Courteous, professional, and saved me money. I will be using them for any HVAC issues I may have in the future!

He offered both high and low efficiency equipment for me to choose from. Priced half compared to Sears team. Work was done on the day and on time as per discussion prior to install. Complete review of install was done before hand, so there was no suprises afterwards.

Nice guy, explained everything and while he was there for the quote for the humidifier, he went ahead and did the annual checkups for my furnace and for my compressor..

The installer was professional, courteous and knew his stuff. He answered all our questions. We were concerned it would take several days to install both AC and a new furnace, but he had it finished in no time at all. The service was so good, we hired him to replace the boiler in my place of business. I would highly recommend Aspen Valley Mechanical for all your HVAC/Boiler and similar needs.
