It was okay. They were cheaper than everybody else. They got rid of the pests.

The services were horrible. The technician was unsure of what he was supposed to do and we had to call the office twice for clarification. After several days we saw no improvement. We continued to call them for two weeks questioning the services as the bed bugs seemed to be spreading, not dying. After 3 weeks and numerous calls the manager finally stated that he had reviewed our services and it turned out the technician had sprayed the whole room except the bed. He stated the technician left a note saying that he was not able to lift the bed. They then agreed to come back and spray the bed. I asked how this made any sense, but they said they were only authorized to spray what was missed, I called and spoke with managers two more times and was told they would charge me $75 to respray the room. By this time it had been more than a month and bedbugs were throughout our house. After several more arguments we called another company. The company came out and did an estimate quickly. They stated they could not respray our house with chemicals due to the shoddy work before-if the bugs were not killed the first time, they would have built up immunity to the chemicals. The company ultimately had to use heat treatments, costing $3800-all because Arrow did such a poor job. I would NEVER even consider using them again.

They came on date planned, completed job, I have no problems w/ the pests anymore.

I called and got a price, they said when he could do the job, was here when they told me, left check indoor when I got off work the job was done.

He put a whole bunch of poison traps out. He gave a reasonable effort to look for evidence and gave good coverage of the bait, but not as thorough an inspection I expected for entry points.

The 1st treatment done, was poorly done by an inexperienced person of the company that quit soon after, then the follow-up treatment was better but still not successful. The boss came out personally the third time, we were pleased with the companys service when called. But nevre successful in ridding us of bed bugs. We finally did treatment by ourselves and got rid of them.

They showed up early. Done in the time they said.

Arrow services performed very well. There instruction to us regarding what we needed to do before chemical treatment was very concise and detailed. It was a very intensive preparation in that everything in the bedroom needed to be emptied from drawers, closets, etc. and contained in sealed plastic bags. The technician who performed the treatment was friendly, courteous, professional and respectful of our home. He thoroughly treated the bed, room & drawers and answered any questions we had. Arrow also performed a follow-up treatment (just around bed & bedframe) for free too. My husband & I are very impressed with everything about Arrow and would definitely use them again for this or other pest problems!

They did a great job. They were here on time. They were easy to schedule. They did not make a mess. Their rates are reasonable.

We used them a couple of years back but their service lasted well over a year. They guaranteed it for a year. We had some pest return and they came and took care of it. It lasted another year so we got two years worth of pest control for the price of one. I would give them A's across the board. They stood behind their product.
