Didn't call when the post installation was delayed due to rain. Just showed up to work didn't call ahead. We would have prefered they called when they are coming and when they are delayed. The fence is great and when they were installing the posts they kept us in the loop with need for changes from the original plan. They offered a larger gate when they thought we might more width. We were very happy with our new fence

2 years and 5 months the fence posts started to heave and the supposed cedar pickets began to rot. I had to r3eplace over 200 pickets and I had two posts heaving which I had to pay $300 for someone else to repair. They said that the fence posts were installed not according to code, (above the frost line) and were not even cemented into the ground Arrow y refused to fix anything because they said their labor warranty was only good for 2 years and had expired 5 months before I began reporting the initial problems. It did not matter if they had installed the fence wrong to begin with. Their customer service is pathetic. I am not the only one who I found out has had problems with them. In all cases they refused to fix the problems. I can't believe they are still in business.

We like Dog Watch by Arrow Fence. They were on time. We wanted it to be done because we just moved in to this new house and the cat has already gotten out a few times. They came and did it the next week. We've had no problems with them. They showed us how to use it and everything. We compared them to other company, the other company was going to charge us $4,000.

The sales guy was annoying and kept changing the prices, but time was short and they were available. Now I know why.

We had two different crews to do this work, one for all the posts and another for the actual fence. Both crews were very professional, well experienced and efficient in their work. Their service was as good or better than expected. This is definitely the company we would call if we need fencing done in the future. The work was completed sooner than we expected and our doggies sure are enjoying their new freedom.

*They were here when they promise to quote. Some never showed up.* They were the ONLY company who gave a REASONABLE DATE and finished WEEKS and in some cases months before the others promised to start.* this is what they do. Others told us they had to wait for the contractors to finish their and quot;day joband quot; and that was why we would be on a 6 week waiting list. (A local Big Box Store that specialize in fast contract service)* they followed up. A phone call from EXCELLENT inside customer service. It was like I was the owner of the company. I highly recommend Arrow Fence. In a heart beat!

In digging the post holes, water was discovered on the South side of the property which caused a delay in the drying time for the fence post anchoring cement. The posts were sunk well below the frost line and retaining wall to assure that there would be no movement due to winds. There was enough time between the drying of the post hole cement and the remaining fence construction for me to stain the 27 posts which took about 1.5 days. The end result of the installation of the privacy fence met my expectations for this custom built, 8 foot high, cedar fence. I was not initially happy with the fence gate locks being on the outside of the fence; however, I had someone do a small modification to allow more secure locking of the gates from the inside. Arrow Fence had offered to change the locks; however, the modification performed met my needs.

Arrow was contacted to provide an estimate on a fence job. The estimator was a no-show / no-call (I had taken time off from work to be home during the estimate). A second appointment was made, at which time the estimator promised to deliver a quote the next day. No quote was delivered. Two weeks later I followed up, and was told I would get the quote in email that day. A few months later I followed up again, and was told that Arrow did not wish to quote the job. Poor up-front service, poor communication, and a notable lack of professionalism resulted in a significant waste of my time looking for a contractor to complete my job.

They were well known in Ft Wayne. They were a few add ons at the end and it cost me $1000. When we moved in here there was a fence and there was an oak tree growing into a part of the fence to the point where it became an open fence. It had bowed it quite a bit and so I had them come out to give me an idea of what to do. I didn't know how I could get around it. Their suggestion was to redo the corner of the fence and do a diagonal and it kind of keeps it away. They just really did a beautiful job and I don't know how to say it. They replaced two of the sections of the picket along with the posts and I also had them do something else. We sometimes have people come and mow our lawn for us and they have a rather large mower and it would not fit in the backyard because of our gate. I had them install a new gate though there was nothing wrong with the old one. One of the things that happened with that was the kind of latches we had came with the gate and I am sure it was one of the cheapest thing the installer used and it was lousy and didn't last long. When they put this new gate in and they replaced the latch I was impressed. It looked so much better than what we had and for one thing it easily locked. They were just really that great and so much so though it was not a part of the deal I asked them to replace the other one too. He said he would have to call the office and check what he needed to do. They told him to do whatever it takes to make me happy and to just do the work and that's the way they are. I would always go back there. I might sound biased but it is things like this that make me feel like that. It is all for the best reasons. It is a family business. We moved to this area in 1964 and they have been in business since then. I don't think they charged me labor on the second latch it was only for the first.

I called three different fencing companies to quote a cedar fence in our backyard. I expected Aarow to come in the highest based on what I had heard from others. To my surprise they came in the lowest. Scheduled the work with them. They were very professional, on time and we got exactly what we paid for.

Arrow Fence came out quickly and we liked their estimate. They were responsive and professional and the estimate was reasonable.

We didn't follow up or do anything with it because it turned out that the privacy fence was on the neighbor's property. He showed up when he was supposed to and gave me the estimate. The price seemed a little high to me. We did a little research on whose responsibility the privacy fence was, it was the neighbors burden and not mine so we never went any further. There was nothing negative that stood out and they did what they were supposed to. There was something about the appointment but I can't remember what it was. It was something to have him rescheduled or he didn't come out when he said he was going to. When he did finally come out he was professional.

I needed a small fencing job done to finish enclosing the backyard so I could let the dogs roam freely there without running off. After looking around I settled on Arrow, a company I had used about 35 years previously at another location. The owner came by to do the estimate and gave a full description of options, which I was able to look over on the website as well, so I could make up my mind upon receiving the written estimate. The whole job was finished about a month after the initial contact, with the posts set before Thanksgiving and the fence installed the next week

The estimate was given on 4/20/09 with a promise of completion 2-4 weeks from our OK of the project. The work was done professionally, on time, and the old fencing was removed. In addition, after seeing the high quality of the latch used on the new gate, we requested they replace the other gate's latch which they did. The professionalism of the technician and the phone and in person contact with the office staff was great. I have no complaints at all. I'm sorry I didn't submit this report earlier.
