Horrible kitchen counter tops installation! Crooked, messy, multiple delays and unwilling to make it right! They tried to fix a huge, uneven gap by shoveling caulk into to it and left a horrible mess! I've been dealing with them for months trying to get them to fix the counter tops & kept getting pushed off. When I called again this week to check when someone would be coming out to talk to me, I was told the redo wasn't approved and nobody was available to come out for another month!

The company is very unresponsive and untimely in their communication. We had to follow up with them on every step of the process from providing quotes, to coming out to measure, to installation of our counter tops. The installers were nice and went the extra mile; however, one of the installers cut his arm and did not bandage it , which caused blood to be smeared on the inside of our cabinets. We brought this to the attention of the owner, and he was very apologetic about the situation. He told me that he would look at the quote, in order to provide a discount, and get back with me. He never did. We received an invoice 4 weeks later, which included a very small discount. Upon receiving the invoice, I spoke with the owner and he begrudgingly agreed to an increased discount. We're generally happy with the installation of our counter tops; however, this entire process in working with the company has been quite frustrating and I do not recommend working with them.

They are local and we have used them several times. They do primarily commercial work but they will deal directly with homeowners so you eliminate the middleman. We had originally gone back to the cabinet place that had made our cabinets and their estimate was astronomical for the countertops that we wanted. Their price for the quartz was more expensive that any of the others on the market and they said they don't allow the dealers to fabricate and they do the fabrication themselves. I asked if there was anybody else I could contact and they gave me this company and I actually saved $2,000 because I eliminated the middleman. Their prices are good but they are very slow to do residential work because they have so much commercial work. They do a good job but you have to wait and wait. It is definitely worth it. It is a fairly small operation. They do come on time once they say they are coming.
