I tried several of the highly rated services listed here, but Arab Pest Control were the only guys who actually showed up, and very promptly too. I got an estimate from another company first, and they never answered me again after I accepted their estimate. Anyway, the guy who came out was very nice, friendly, professional, patient, honest, and educated. He knew his stuff. After one application didn’t work, he came out again about a week later for a second application, and that did the trick. I doubt you’ll find a better price that what these guys will offer. Arab Pest Control’s estimate was less than half of the one I got from the company that never got back to me. Arab charged me 80 dollars altogether (2 visits). The other place quoted me at 220 dollars.
Description of Work: I had ants coming into my kitchen from a floor vent back in January. I tried every bait product you can buy at Lowes and Meijer, and even one really expensive one that I bought on Amazon. The ants really enjoyed all of them, but alas, they just kept coming for more. Even Tarro didn’t work for me, and it usually does. So, I decided I needed a professional.

The agent did a thorough job and came out the same day I called. Additionally, they charged me nothing because they did not need to treat.
Description of Work: An inspection indicated the possibility of carpenter ants. The area was checked and none were found.
