I contacted this provided through Angie's List and they were a little slow in responding. When I spoke with the owner, he explained that I was the first person to contact him this way and that they had a new computer system which caused complications! He explained all the options. I set up appointment for Saturday for the technician to look at the location for the softener. He arrived on time and explained the basic installation. On Monday the technician called before he arrived and then installed the softener. He was fast and worked very efficiently, obviously experienced. He cleaned up all the installation mess and was done in about one hour.

Service person was professional and informative and arrived within the window of time that was stated by the company. I used Angie's List to select the water softener company and I was not disappointed.

They were timely and they had good follow through. We had one problem, and I had to call a plumber to fix the valve on the shut off. They were very accommodating. They got the job done in one afternoon. They did a nice job.

It has been great. They were timely and if we have any issues they will resolve it very quickly. They got the job done very quickly.

I contacted Aqua Systems regarding water softener and a water filtration system. Salesman was very professional and pleasant (not pushy at all). I called the next day to inquire about installation date and we set up for the following week. Installers were very professional and on time. They installed in approximately 4 hours. Technician took me through the process of changing filters on the filtration system and process for water softener. I was very pleased with service and professionalism.

The installer was rude and did things that I did not request. He dismantled the softener completely even though I did not request him to. He offered to put it back together but I declined. We were planning to use it in another home. However, it did have water in it that he did not help me dump out even though he had time. The water does not seem to be softer than our original one. I have to constantly hit the regenerator button to reset it. I need to call to have them come back but I was so disappointed with my original experience that I am hesitant.

There was a problem with the initial installation because of scheduling due to them being under staffed. However, their service has worked the way I predicted. The water softener works as expected. We have not needed to call for any service on the softeners. I did have to call their central billing office with a question. They were responsive and answered my question. They also show up on time.

Their delivery service is really good. They call ahead and do a good job. They are nice and we have had good experiences. We have experienced no problems with our softener.

Poor communication with customers and uncaring service

They came out installed it, no problems. They were very knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. I have no problem recommending them.

It went without a problem. Water is great.
