They are excellent. When you go in there, they are very respectful and they know exactly what they are doing. If they fix something for you then you know it is been resolved. Their pricing is reasonable.

They did an excellent job. They have also done electrical work on my car. I couldn't have asked for anything better.

My husband did most of the talking with Alford Motors but I can tell you he is happy and appreciative to the time it took and the quality of the work they did. Her car is working fine and no other problems.

I was very unhappy with the service. I don’t think he is really qualified for the job he was trying to do and it was a bad experience all the way around. He didn’t get the work done on time, I think I was overcharged quite a bit, and I think there were some unnecessary things done.

Alfords took care of the regular servicing and performed the modifications to the vehicle frame needed to install the forward and rear light bars, integrated the wiring, worked around the vague instructions and got the job done very nicely. Whenever they ran into an odd situation like the exhaust pipe running into the back of the rear light bar (that was supposed to be a drop-in fit), they contacted me right away and we talked through the alternatives. Once again, they did their usual excellent work!

They usually can give me an idea ahead of time, what might be wrong with my vehicle and how much it might cost. They did a diagnostic to find the problem. Called me with an explanation, estimate, and time line. The work was complete the same day I took my car in. I've been fortunate to have good luck with cars and very rarely need auto service. My car is 9 years old with almost 180k miles on it, so I've been to Alford's 3 times in the last year spending approximately $450 (hub sensor), $1500 (engine gaskets), and $430 on this last visit. Prior to this car, I hadn't been to Alford's for about 9+ years...since prior to buying the current car. I remembered where I needed to go. Whenever I need service, I'll take it to Alford's. Dave & Rodney are always prompt and professional. I trust them completely to do quality & honest work. They always come in at or below the estimate on price, unless of course, they find something else that may need attention. They communicate if any additional problems are found. They are very knowledgeable in what they do.

Car dropped off on Friday, even though they told me it would be few days to get to it. Then they called on Monday to let me know it was already done. Don't remember the exact cost of the clutch, but it was pretty close to $1200 total and they stuck to their estimate. The mechanic also found a damaged crank sensor that would have caused problems - he showed me the part - still worked, but may have explained why the car ran a little rough. They ordered the tires that I picked out from Tire Rack web site, and charged a very reasonable fee for mounting.

Fantastic. The staff gave detailed quotations for labor and parts and were extremely courteous.

The owner (Dave) called me in to see the damage once the engine was out of the car. He was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done. They kept me informed of when the parts were ordered, shipped, installed, and when the car would be ready. After 500 miles the car will go back for a courtesy inspection to make sure everything is still okay.

They are honest and straightforward. If there is ever a problem, they make sure to let you know. I rely on them very much because they have such a good service.
