Made a pointe to make sure that all my questions or concerns where answered at all times. And answered to my satifaction.

The project manager said one thing, and then another decision was made without telling me. I did some difficult prep work that turned out to be unnecessary. The crew either didn't cover some items in the basement, or they were careless in maintaining dust coverage. And the whole house was dusty in spite of promises that the upstairs would be sealed off. (We were gone during the first part of the project, with a son checking in.) It's too early to know if the system is effective. Only finished 2 days ago. Added 5/16/17: We do not have any water coming into our basement, so that part is good. But I am very disappointed in the concrete finish work in the basement, but I do not want EverDry to come in and grind on it to create more dust. I was promised 2 additional years of warranty without cost, but haven't seen that on paper yet.

Able to meet timeline without any delays.

It would have been nice to know I had to pay 2/3rds of the work before they started. Had to pay $600 more for the one reason, besides the water leakage, was mold that had gotten into the paneling and carpeting. I told about the carpet and paneling to the salesman and was led to believe the mentioned removal of the carpet and paneling, plus things in the owner's manual I would receive. Did not get what I was lead to believe was to come to me. The first foreman was fired three days into the job. Why? He received the extra $600 for work that was to be done removing the carpet and paneling. It was not all removed and I wanted the Dura Shield to protect the walls from moisture from outside. I thought everything in the manual I would be getting. One item in the manual I did not need was the Stabl-wall. I was told I had no cracks in the walls. Now I need for them to come back and put everything, freezer, safe, cabinets and things thrown into a heap back like Adam the second foreman promised. He will need help because It took five people to move these things, and my 84 year old self can not do it. Now that they have the money, let's see if they live up to their promise. man it. A large pit {mound} was dug in the back yard. I was told it would settle. I have a person coming to clean uo the yard and needs to have the trench around house leveled off so mulch can be put down. Also told the dirt on my white house would be cleaned off. The first foreman told me all the items in the basement would be put back the way they were. I understand the cement needs to dry, but pretty sure it is dry by now. The manager at the Ft. Wayne facility has never called me back. Said he had a call waiting and he would call me right back. That was five days ago. I realize he is busy, but it seems that once you pay what you owe, you never hear from them again. Who is going to clean up the basement and two floors with a film of cement dust over everything and I mean everything.

I am very pleased with the work that was done at my home, we had the work completed almost 2 years ago. We have had a lot of rain and snow here, and we have stayed dry. One time they had to come out and repair a discharge line, but they were out quickly. They were very professional, timely, and have made our home safe again!

All workers were polite and pleasant. A man by the name of Art was a hard worker. Chance and Shaun were great also. Not sure how this is going to work out because the work was just done, but I am sure it will.

Salesman stated facts that were incorrect. I failed to get that in writing. My bad. However they were all very nice and real easy to work with. too early to tell if I got my moneys worth but they did exactly WHAT I THOUGHT THEY WOULD.

Brent and his staff were very kind in there approach to customer service and they exceeded out expectations and the system held back the February snow melt and rain

They did a wonderful job for us. They stopped my basement from leaking.
