Affordable Sewer Service LLC

We had to call Affordable Sewer Service late last night to have our toilet snaked, after my son flushed some toys down it. The gentleman (who's name is Steve Niles) who came to our assistance was courteous, helpful, and informative, all while being as quick as he possibly could with the job. He ended up helping us resolve our problem in a quick and efficient manner. I will totally recommend and use this service again. Thank you!

It did not go well at all! I called them to fix a sewer line in the back of a trailer, #1 their tech did not show up until around 11pm with the reasoning he was their only employee. this was back in February! now fast forward to today all the sewer lines are laying on the ground, they say he installed a clean out! But there is no clean out in sight! all the sewer lines are laying on the ground and they left it so raw sewage is running onto the ground! and they have the audacity to bill us for no work being performed! To my knowledge because i reported this to my boss he has not paid the bill. I feel these people are running a scam because i am the one that they told that i have to call the owner of affordable sewer service, when he is the one who should be calling me! I would suggest that no one use this service because they are trying to scam my trailer park for services not rendered!

They gave estimate of $3500 for septic tank repair. Required $1700 down. I paid the deposit. I later realized that I had a drainage issue and took care of it myself and cancelled the septic tank repair and requested a refund of my deposit. They stated they would send a refund. I contacted them numerous times over several months asking for the refund, every time they said they would get it to me right away. After 8 months of me contacting them, and them never returning calls as requested, I finally filed a complaint with BBB. The company also never responded to the BBB. Time for legal action.

Affordable Sewer Service Took a deposit Feb 23, 2017 for $1700 for tank repair. Never performed repair and refuse to refund deposit. Arrived for service Feb 23, was unable to perform work at that time. Asked for a deposit of $1700 to replace tank baffle and paid $1700 at that time. Later I realized I did not need the repair and called to cancel service and asked for refund, which they agreed to send. Called June 8, June 13, July 20 about refund. Talked to Brad July 20 he said he would talk to accountant and get it taken care of next week. Contacted Brad again August 29. He said he would check on it in the morning. Contacted office September 12, girl said she would contact me tomorrow. Contacted office again September 14 and different girl said she would contact me Friday. Contacted September 30 and Becky said she would have Brad contact me right away. Talked to Becky October 18 and she will leave yet another message for Brad. Talked to Becky October 30th. She said Brad wants to do a payment plan. I told her that's fine but I would like to have it closed out by the middle of next month (Nov). The company has never contacted me. Every time I contact them they apologize and agree that they owe me a refund and will contact me with details, but they have NEVER called me or sent any funds to me. The original bill was $1700 written as a deposit for future work. I have been incredibly patient with them but am getting no response so feel they are forcing me to file a complaint.

They are really good. They did a good job. The two men that did the work were very nice and gave me advice. They let us ask all the questions we wanted.
