Todd did an chimney inspection and found that the fireplace needed a lot of work, i talked to him about a wood burning insert and decided that was the best way to go. Todd and Brian showed up on time and explained what and why they had to do the job correctly. Todd and Brian did a great job. stayed awhile to even start a fire and explain everything with me on do's and don't s. Thanks Todd and Brian 3 yrs ago i had someone else out to do the same thing and they would have done everything wrong if i allowed them to do the job.

Were to arrive at 8 AM but called to let me know they were running 10 minutes late. The chimney was cleaned first. We thought the damper was broken but it was just stuck! Did not need to replace that! A few things need done to the chimney but we will do that at a later date. The main problem was the dryer vent. Todd climbed up in the attic and found that our 20+ foot drying vent had been stepped on and smashed, probably by a cable or satellite installer. This started the lint build-up over several years. It was repaired and cleaned, a new dryer hose installed, dryer itself cleaned. Both men were here over 2 hours and were very helpful and professional. My clothes now dry in record time. I am definitely having them back to do the chimney repairs.

Very clean and professional. Arrived promptly. Explained thoroughly the issues and advised how they could be fixed. Thank you for taking time to explain every thing to my husband. Didn't try to push new products but explained the benefits.

When I confronted him with the fact that he was there only to give an estimate, not an inspection, he didn't seem to care. Needless to say, we didn't use them. We hired Chimney 1, which was reasonable and honest.
