ADVANCED FOUNDATION SYSTEMS

Owner came to my property to look at my foundation issue, which needed piers to correct the sinking issue. This started around early Fall 2013. After providing the owner 1/3 down payment to begin work is when I began to have issues with this company. I was always given empty promises of the date work would begin. They would promise to be out at a certain date and would never show up... Over and over and over again. Approx. 2 months after I gave them the down payment and nearly 10 phone calls later, I finally got ahold of the company and we arranged for a date work would begin. This company came out and dug multiple holes near the foundation. The holes were dug in hours and I didn't hear from them for over a week. Next, came the notice from the county that a work permit was never filed, and work must stop. I informed the owner and didn't hear anything for nearly a month.....with the outside of my house completely destroyed and multiple large holes that exposed my foundation to the harsh winter elements. Early spring came and I called the owner who gave me more empty promises about the date would continue work. I finally called to tell him that he would be fired from the job if I don't get service soon. Well, that finally sank in and he completed the job. Overall it took 7 months (this includes the winter) to complete a 3-4 day job. I feel he does fine work with a technique that not may companies and able to perform. However, the lying, empty promised and complete lack of professionalism leaves to say that I would rather my house sink than repeat this process with this company.

I asked for an Estimate for a job after getting a good word about this company. They came and looked at the problems but more than a month later and numerous calls for a feedback, I am still waiting for my estimate. What a lousy service.
